It works, but it is SLOW as mud to charge a battery.....Feb 25, 2009

The charger seems to work. But seriously, it's the slowest charger I've ever used in my life.
I have the original Panasonic charger that came with my camcorder. It takes approximately 4-5 hours to fully charge a completely depleted, highest-capacity battery they make for that camera: CGA-DU21
I charged one of those batteries in the Panasonic charger, did not use it, waited two days and then put it into this twin charger. It took FOUR HOURS for the indicator lights to go from orange to green, which indicates a full charge.
What's up with that?
