Close, but so afar away.Jun 09, 2001
The setup was easy and the pictures are decent - what you would expect from a low end digital camera. I am assuming with 4AA's the batery life will be much better than other units out there. The 2x zoom is not usable and to surf through the menus is cumbersome, but the kicker is that the mp3 playback quality is an absolute joke. Do not buy this to listen to music....

Polaroid Max Digital Camera and MP3Nov 02, 2001
By Colleen Rhine This camera looks good and takes quality pictures and it's easy to set up. It's upgradable with its Compactflash card, and it plays MP3s. What more do you want for the money. Its not the best camera, its not the best MP3 player. But its strength is combinacity. Its you get it that 1st thiing to do is get a larger Mem Card (you need this if you want to play MP3s. 16mb standard wont cut it) And if you upgreade the headphones, The sound quality is greatly increased.

VERY COOLSep 28, 2001
This camera is very good for beginners. I enjoyed playing with the LCD because it handled very good. The Mp3 quality is ok but......its the best.....I took lots of pictures and they turned out good...if you aren't going to take pictures that are far away then this is a good camera. The zoom is what is lacking!

Buy This Camera Now!Dec 20, 2001
This is a great Camerar with excellent battery life! The 16 mb of flash memory holds 180 pictures at the highest image quality setting! I have taken over 100 pictures with the flash on and my batteries are still at full power! :) This camera is feature packed for the low cost. It includes a video out so you can view your pictures as a slide show on your TV. The mp3 playback qualtity is excellent as well. The included PC software is a breeze to use and the camera could not be any easier to set up. I highly recommend this camera as a first digital camera or as a camera for the young photographers in your house :)

This camera is really insane..
These are five years old. The play MP3s for no reason.
The camera has errors and you must have a steady hand or else you get fuzzy pictures.
SHAKE THE CAMERA WHILE TAKING PICS.
great results if you are interested in artsy type photos.
Good luck. Buy it
