Excellent binoculars for Afrcian SafariNov 16, 2011
By Kathy Johnson These were my sole binoculars for a month in Africa. They are light weight enough to hold positioned for a prolonged timeand to hang around your neck for a day in the field. They have great optics. I dropped them a couple of times on the metal floor of the vehicle and on the ground and they were unaffected. The focus was not affected but the ever-present dust. I am very pleased with these binoculars.

Great, lightweight binocularMay 31, 2011
By Joseph Great, lightweight binoc with excellent optics. Have used for backpacking & hiking with excellent results and very little space or weight taken up in the pack. Tough construction and easy to use and adjust to your eyes with or without eyeglasses. Hard to find waterproof binocs of this quality, price and mnimal weight. These fit the bill exactly and a good focal range at 8X25 for backyard birdwatching or long distance quality viewing of wildlife in the mountains.

I love these binoculars. They are sharp, easy to focus and light to carry. I took them on a recent trip and used them both for wildlife viewing and for a concert. Good low light viewing. I bought another pair for a gift.

Great little binocularsSep 28, 2007
By Northwest Pup We also have a larger pair of Pentax binoculars, but I love these little ones, as they are compact, lightweight and tough! I can tuck them in a backpack, and they don't take up much space or add too much weight. The Pentax warranty is excellent!

Try Bird WatchingOct 09, 2011

These are excellent binoculars and a great value buy. I wear glasses and I can leave them on and still use the binoculars in a moments notice for like bird watching or seated at a sports event. I wouldn't trade them.
