 Does not fit the EN-EL5Apr 09, 2010

This charger does not actually fit the EN-EL5 as the description indicates. The actual packaging states "For Nikon EN-EL5/CP1" which has a different layout than the EN-EL5 so the contact points do not line up.

The Maximal Power travel charger, allows to charge the batteries in a fast way, ideal when you have extra batteries, so you can use the camera and replace the battery when you need, the Nikon P500 brings a charger that works only with the camera connected (thru it) and do not allow to select ac/dc.
