The construction of this unit is sub-par at best. I received mine in May 2010 and it worked fine until October of 2010 at which point it would no longer charge the batteries. The "status" and "charge" lights would remain red. There are five copper contacts, three of which contact the battery for my Fujifilm S200EXR. Two of these strips were loose and would basically fall into the charger body. I have not mishandled the unit at all, as it stays in my camera bag treated with as much care as my camera. Being that the return window had been passed, I decided to open up the charger to see if it could be easily corrected. I found that the two loose strips were floating inside the unit and thus not placing the required tension onto the battery to maintain contact for charging. The broken strips had also bridged over the other strips likely causing damage to the circuitry inside the unit. Small screws hold the copper strips into a small plastic neck molded to the housing, and those two had somehow snapped off at the base. I attempted to repair these plastic pieces and was successful in structurally putting it all back together, but the unit still fails to charge. I would not waste my money on this if you want reliable equipment.

This charger works well with the NP-140 Fuji battery. Turned out the recharge time on the battery was so fast that I really could have gotten away with just using the charger that came with the camera. I was used to NiMH batteries that had a much longer recharge time and purchased this charger so I could charge multiple batteries at the same time. This would be a great replacement charger should one lose the one that came with the camera.
