Cheap PlasticDec 11, 2007
By Phillycop Cheap plastic body. The base which connects to the shoe WILL break off. Even Nikon mounts will break and they are made way stronger than this knockoff. I'm guessing they are trying to "corner" the market on all of the Nikon D40's that are being sold because the Nikon flash is so expensive. I'm returning this one before I break it and i'm SOL. It lookis like the second level stuff they sell at Ritz. I saw it on here for 199.99...WHAT? I paid $100 for it and i'm pissed.
