Bushnell TitaniumDec 18, 2011
By dw749 I bought this tripod to use birding and at the rang with a 60mm spotting scope. Through the years I have used several lower end tripods and I have to say this unit is by far the best to date. There are several features that really impressed me. First is it's rigidity, when set up its firm and tight; like you could flick it with your finger nail and it would ring. (not really but it feels that way) Second is its weight, super light and easy to carry into the field or a remote setup. I also like the 3-way pan head, easy to aim and locks tight. One thing not mentioned is the tripod can be set very low (less than 12-inches high) with the legs spread (way) out and the lower extension removed the tripod is extremely stable at this height.

more adjustments but supports less weightMar 19, 2011
By John Stephenson I got this one and the less expensive one. I compared both. I wound up keeping the less expensive one because it didn't wobble at all. I was using it to support a lot of weight. If you want to support the most weight I suggest the non titanium one that is also less money.
